This major redevelopment project involved the conversion of a commercial building into 280 residential flats, including 56 units for social housing. The ten-storey development featured premium three-bedroom apartments on the upper floors valued at approximately £400,000 each. Works included asbestos removal, installation of new services, rainscreen cladding, structural steelwork and complete fit-out of all units.
