Grade I Listed Manor House Restoration

This exceptional heritage project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of a Grade I Listed Manor House and associated Clock House, converting the property from hotel use back to a private residence. The project included the construction of a new Leisure Building. Extensive façade works were required due to the property's age and listed status.

£10 million (Manor House) / £2 million (Leisure Building) / £400,000 (façade works)

Our Role:

We were responsible for the façade package on this premium heritage project, we developed detailed condition surveys and specifications in collaboration with conservation specialists. Our procurement strategy secured contractors with appropriate heritage skills, while our contract administration ensured consistent quality throughout. For the new Leisure Building, our comprehensive cost planning and control enabled delivery on budget and programme. Throughout the main house refurbishment, our change management expertise was essential in controlling the numerous variations while maintaining appropriate cost transparency for the client.
