Office CAT A Fit-Out

This comprehensive CAT A fit-out project spanned the 1st, 3rd and 8th floors of a prestigious London office building. Works included the complete strip-out of existing M&E systems, second fix carpentry and flooring, followed by full reinstatement of mechanical and electrical services including FCUs, DDA-compliant toilets with all sanitaryware, new flooring and joinery.
